Fluids

These validations are based on Residual Gas Analysis (RGA), a high-quality analytical method that allows us to accurately measure the outgassing of organic substances. In this way, we evaluate the compatibility of materials and processes with ultra-high vacuum (UHV) environments.

In addition to liquid validations, we also conduct comprehensive process analyses. These include the evaluation of material choices, processing steps, cleaning strategies, and assembly procedures.
